Eden Mill's annual "Art of St Andrews" series pays tribute to the rich history and craftsmanship of the Scottish distillery. Each year Eden Mill releases a new edition within this series, focusing on creating unique and innovative whiskeys that capture the essence of St. Andrews, the distillery's home base. The whiskeys within this series are matured in a variety of casks, including bourbon casks, sherry casks and other specialty casks, to achieve a wide range of flavors and aromas.

Nose: Delicate aromas of summer fruits such as peach and apricot, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a hint of freshly cut grass and soft peat smoke.
Taste: Refined smoke notes and balanced with notes of citrus, vanilla and candied fruit, with a light touch of honey and almond.
