The 100% Barbera grapes are harvested manually and boxed to keep the bunches as intact as possible. Maturation later in 25HL oak barrels, then partly in barriques and then in the bottle.

Intense red color with delicate garnet and violet reflections. Aroma is intense, enveloping with notes of chocolate and ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is round, warm and delicate.
