100% Barbera. Color ruby red with garnet reflections. The aroma is broad and fragrant, elegant with notes of violet, cherry and strawberry. The taste is full and harmonious with a fruity persistent aftertaste.
The grapes arrive in the cellar after being harvested by hand. The stems are subtly separated and fermentation begins by wetting the skins to promote the extraction of colors and aromas.
It remains in steel for aging and batonage.
