A rich and complex (champagne) bubble. The perlage is very fine and persistent, the golden color is almost luminous. The aromas are pure, decisive, the notes of the long maturing on the yeasts are intense. In the mouth the acidity and freshness really prevail, but also the length and persistence in the mouth. Leaves the mouth clean and slightly juicy, rich in aromas as expected by smell.

The Alta Langa was created from the selection of the best grapes that Tenute RaDe produces in the Alta Langa vineyard, located in Castelboglione, 400 meters high. The passion for bubbles and the fascination of working with the classical method led Raimondo and his son Daniele (hence the name Tenute RaDe) to devote themselves to the production of this wine.

It remains in steel for aging and batonage.
