A very beautiful wine. Beautiful overripe style (typical for Puglia) primitivo, with aromas of cherry jam and chocolate. Intense and deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

More about Primitivo: Ripens early and develops its fruity aromas early. Origin is in Croatia. The Americans long thought they had a unique grape variety with their Zinfandel, but it turned out to be genetically identical to the Primitivo.
