Dry fresh white wine. This special wine comes from a white vinification of the best Negroamaro grapes that were harvested by hand in early September. Brilliant with greenish reflections, the nose reveals notes of fresh white flowers and mineral hints.

The taste is full, round and structured with a fresh acidity. Pleasant juiciness leaves a feeling of full freshness in the mouth.

Can be combined with starters and aperitifs. Pairs well with seafood starters, risottos and lightly aged cheeses.
