Primitivo grapes harvested by hand during the first ten days of September and benefiting from the constant presence of the sea breeze blowing from the Canale di Otranto.

The scent is fresh, summery, with hints of Mediterranean scrub. Delicate hints of rose, wild berries and pink grapefruit are perceived on the nose. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced. Recommended with savory starters, sea fish soups, white meat and fresh cheeses.
