The water of life consists of a batch of 32 barrels. This is a triple cask maturation of ex bourbon, virgin and ex sherry oak casks. 2/3 of the batch is between 6 and 8 years old. 1/3 of the batch was distilled by Douglas Laing after the takeover. Bottled at a nice 50% without added colorings and non-chill filtered!

Tasting notes

Color: Amber.

Nose: Delicious barley with soft oak.

Taste: Honey and butter cream with baking spices and dried apricots.

Finish: A symphonic warm aftertaste of buttery oat cookies.
