Kujira Ryukyu Single Grain Whiskey is a beautiful Japanese whiskey with 43% alcohol content. This is made from the best quality Indica rice and Okinawa's unique black koji. The whiskey undergoes a unique distillation process, after which it matures for 8 years in Spanish Sherry barrels and selected American Kentucky bourbon barrels.

Tasting notes:
Kujira Ryukyu has a dominant aroma of oak accompanied by sweet notes of plum and vanilla. The taste is slightly sweet with hints of bourbon and sherry oak. The aftertaste is dry, fruity with soft spicy undertones and hints of licorice and vanilla.
