This single bourbon cask Springbank was distilled in 1993 and aged for 30 years before being bottled in 2023 as part of the Caskshare Collective Series. Only 135 bottles were made available.

Odor
The nose opens with an abundance of orchard fruit, lots of apple and pear accented by a hint of ground cinnamon and a little bit of nutmeg in the background. It's buttery, with pineapple, powdered sugar, old leather, fudge and golden syrup. There's a signature dunnage funk here, slightly moldy walls (in a good way), along with seaspray , almond marzipan, and fondant icing. It just smells like old whisky, wonderful.

Taste
The sip opens with a meaty, savory taste alongside notes of soft oak, which transitions into hints of orchard fruit on the nose. There's more Citrus, lime, salted caramel, lots of fudge, rum and raisin ice cream and nutmeg here. There is a gentle white pepper spiciness that lingers on the tongue as the dram transitions into the finish. What remains here is a pleasant sweetness, vanilla bean and soft oak.
