For three generations, the Drouin family has been passionate about cider apples. They transform these apples in various ways into cider, Pommeau, Calvados and even Gin.

Inspired by the French knowledge of producing Vermouth, Guillaume Drouin started looking at ways to use the production methods used in the world of apples to create a beautiful new aperitif. After several years of experimentation and research, combining the production methods of Pommeau de Normandie and Vermouth to create the beautiful ABC de Christian Drouin.

The art of ABC production combines the maturation of apple must with young calvados, maturation in oak barrels and aromatisation with a bouquet of plants and herbs, such as quinquina, mugwort, cinnamon, orange, elderflower and yuzu.

Drouin ABC Aperitif offers an intense variety of flavours in which aromas of apple and herbs blend beautifully.
