Nose: With rich fruity aromas, biscuit and hay.

Taste: A pleasant, smooth salted caramel texture and flavor comes through. The smoke is almost fruity – like tasting peaches and sweet peppers on the barbecue.

Finish: Balanced finish with rich oak dominating the palate.
