Tasting note

Medium lemon yellow in colour with aromas that jump out of the glass. Ripe apples, vanilla and toast dance towards you.
Certainly not a standard Spanish white wine in the most positive sense of the word. In taste we taste ripe apples, vanilla and toast again. Nice full body and quite robust wine.

Wine and food

Tapas, various meat dishes (chops) pork, firm white fish, soft old creamy cheeses. Grilled vegetables (peppers, courgettes etc.) Can handle quite a few dishes due to its firm body and wood influence. Enjoy!
