Tasting notes

The nose is complex and contains multiple layers of leather, caramel, marzipan and a symphony of fruits. Supported by the typical soft smokiness that is so typical of Highland Park.

Those unprecedented fruit notes and smokiness come through and even intensify on the palate, supported by beautiful spices like nutmeg and warm wood tones. The finish is endless, creamy and reminiscent of a crème brulee.
