Duncan Taylor comes from Huntly, in the east of Scotland. Huntly was the site of a historic battle fought between Robert the Bruce and John Comyn, one of the most powerful noblemen in Scotland at the time.

This battle took place at a place that would go down in history as 'Battlehill'.

Taste: Warm apple pie with custard, supported by notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.
