Taste description:
Lightly toasted, cherries, strawberries, orange and a little herb. Exceptionally tasty. Deliciously dry and fresh rosé that is extremely suitable as an aperitif, with asparagus or a fish dish from the oven.
The relatively small winery is located near the well-known Meursault. The wines are always rich in taste, exotic and exuberant because the grapes are only picked when they are extremely ripe. Then pressed and fermented for 10 months in large oak barrels.
Can be stored for several years. Due to this rich flavour, this rosé is best served not too cold.
