Straw yellow colour, with a well-defined and transparent aroma that at the same time highlights the pure scents of clay, together with hints of orange, peach and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it shows a good volume and texture, with a concise and lively acidity. The finish reveals refreshing clay notes on a background of dried fruit that lingers in the mouth. It is a challenging wine that combines origins and knowledge.
