Ocho Chinuri , an unfiltered amber dry kvevri wine from Georgia, is a unique appearance. This extraordinary wine is made exclusively from the indigenous Chinuri grape, originating from the vineyards of Plevi, Khashuri, Plevi. A true ode to the rich winemaking heritage of Georgia. Handcrafted in a kvevri according to the centuries-old Georgian tradition, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts and remains free of additives. After maturing for 1 month on 30% of the skins, Ocho Chinuri with its 12% alcohol content and a hint of sulphites offers a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Flavor character of Ocho Chinuri

After a month of skin maturation, this wine develops a delicate golden-amber hue, offering a light and refreshing character. Notes of yellow fruit and green tea add captivating nuances to the palate, while the soft acidity and subtle tannins create a truly unique drinking experience.
