Armenia Wine Blackberry Semisweet comes from the Aragatsotn region of Armenia, where the fertile land and favorable climate are ideal for viticulture. This special wine is made from 95.45% fermented Areni grape, known for its rich and deep flavors. A subtle addition of 0.05% natural blackberry essence provides a light but distinct hint of blackberry, while 4.5% sugar creates a pleasant semi-sweet taste that is refreshing and deliciously balanced. To extend the wine’s shelf life, sulfur dioxide and sorbic acid are used as preservatives.
The production process of this wine begins with the manual harvest of the grapes at the ideal moment of ripeness. After destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented and macerated under controlled conditions at 26°C, allowing the full flavor and aroma to develop optimally. After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed with a pneumatic press, ensuring the purest juice extraction and preserving the delicate blackberry nuances. To prevent the formation of tartaric azure crystals, the wine undergoes cold stabilization at -3°C, which enhances clarity and stability. The wine is then filtered with a tangential filter and carefully tested for microbiological quality, ensuring that it meets the highest standards before bottling. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, Armenia Wine Blackberry Semisweet is a versatile choice for various occasions, offering an authentic taste of Armenia’s rich winemaking tradition in every glass.
