The winemaking process begins with a careful manual harvest, followed by a grape selection on a sorting table. The grapes are then pressed and after a cool decantation of 24 hours, the juice undergoes a 20-day fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, Karas Kef White represents the perfect harmony between traditional Armenian viticulture and modern expertise.

This vibrant white wine shines with a bright yellow hue, complemented by green reflections. The nose reveals fresh aromas of grapefruit, white flowers and a subtle mineral note. For long-term storage, the wine is best stored between +5 and +20°C with a relative humidity of up to 85%.
