Karas Semi-Sweet Sparkling White comes to life in the vineyards of the Ararat Valley, under the watchful gaze of Mount Ararat, and building on the deep-rooted winemaking traditions of the Armavir region. Made from Muscat grapes, this wine reflects the unique characteristics of the volcanic terroir, refined over generations. After careful hand harvesting and selection, the grapes are pressed, followed by a 24-hour cold decantation. The juice then ferments at 14°C for 30 days in pressurized stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process is interrupted by cold cooling, which preserves the wine’s natural sugars and contributes to its semi-sweet profile. The alcohol content of Karas Semi-Sweet Sparkling White is 11%.
