Nose:
Elegant and refined, with notes of ripe cherries, forest fruits and a hint of cassis. A subtle influence of oak comes forward, with hints of vanilla, tobacco and a light spiciness. The whole has a refined, almost floral undertone.

Taste:
Very structured, with the fruity flavours of ripe berries harmoniously combined with a light tannic structure. There is a nice balance between sweetness and the spiciness of spices such as black pepper and a hint of anise. The influence of the wine barrel brings a complexity of vinous notes.

Finish:
Long and refined, with a subtle, dry finish that enhances the wine barrel characteristics. The fruitiness lingers, complemented by the spicy and light tannins of the oak, making for an impressive, elegant finish
