Nose:
Complex with rich Sherry notes of dried fruit, raisins and figs, complemented by soft oak influences. Subtle hints of spices, such as cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla.

Taste:
Full and round, with a nice balance between the sweetness of dried fruit and the spiciness of the oak. There are notes of orange peel, caramel and light spices, with a hint of nuts.

Finish:
Long and warm, with a soft, spicy finish. The Sherry cask influence lingers well, with subtle oaky hints complementing the sweetness.
