The Stillery's Most Floral Gin is an organic, contemporary gin. This Gin is made from 18 local and very floral botanicals. All 18 botanicals that are processed in The Stillery's Most Floral Gin can be found in and around Amsterdam and the Netherlands. This gin gives a unique floral twist to your gin and tonics, with the flavors of rosehip and jasmine pleasantly standing out.

The Stillery's Most Floral Gin is distilled in one go, London dry style. The Gin is distilled from our own made "grain to shot" alcohol. Our copper still is fully adapted to handle the fragile flowers and botanicals. To process these tiny flowers, our master distiller Pascal uses a so-called "herb basket". This ensures the correct extraction of all the floral flavours.

The Stillery's Most Floral Gin is best enjoyed with a neutral Indian Tonic and a garnish of dried pear. (Or blueberries if you don't fancy drying a slice of pear in the convection oven for 6 hours at 55 degrees.)
