Aroma: Charcoal smoke, complemented by tropical fruits such as pineapple, lychee and guava juice. With a few drops of water, notes of garden flowers, peach, cherry and burnt matches are released.

Taste: Full of notes of dried and smoked beef and air-dried sausage. Combined with salty rye crackers, grilled vegetables with olive oil and soft leather notes, oat flakes with nutmeg, walnuts and grapefruit with white pepper.

Finish: Spicy notes linger, complemented by herbs such as thyme and bay leaf. The warmth lingers, comparable to the dry wood smoke of an open fire.
