Nose: green with pitted grass and earthy notes. A stunning combination of sea and salt with yellow and green fruit and ash with a hint of peat. The Mezcal is recognizable in the green and spicy notes.
Taste: green leaves are accompanied by eucalyptus, chalky seawater. Capers with olives and parsley give even more spicy flavors that are felt on the tongue.
Finish: sweet spicy with warming salty influences that are beautifully integrated into the smoky background. Salty and earthy at the same time.
