Tasting notes

Nose: A characterful opening of sea salt, peat smoke and creamy vanilla, with subtle hints of red berries and toasted oak spiciness.

Taste: Full and layered. The rich smoke develops together with juicy blackcurrants, ripe plums and a hint of liquorice. The Ribera del Duero casks give a deep fruitiness that melds perfectly with the spicy, maritime base of Glen Scotia.

Finish: Long and velvety, with a nice balance between smoky intensity and vinous sweetness. An elegant aftertaste of red fruits, wood and peat that lingers.
