For this experiment, our Malt Master Brian Kinsman wanted the traditional whiskey casks bet on a very unusual way. In collaboration with a Speyside craft brewer, Brian created a firm but fresh IPA beer that would fill our barrels with solid hoptonen. Not only do they developed a new craft beer, they created the first Single Malt Scotch Whisky finished in India Pale Ale barrels.
