Nose
A lot of caramel or toffee. Meaty sherry with a little whiff of sulphur. Cherry and blueberry.
Taste
Toffee, vanilla. Bitter nuts like almond and perhaps hazelnut. Cherry and a little raisin from the sherry cask. A little peppery sulphuric spiciness as well, but in acceptable proportions.
Finish
Toffee, hazelnut and a whiff of smoke. Very straight-forward but pleasant and not too short.

Better than I expected considering Edradour's terrible reputation. Especially the nose is pretty decent.
