Aroma: You find yourself in an elegant room with dark wood paneling and an inviting fire. The smell of strong espresso mixes with that of fresh mint tea and chocolate cake. Layer after layer unfolds the complex depth with plums, sherry, orange peel and warm ginger and cinnamon, followed by dried fruit and more chocolate.

Taste: The contrast of rich sweetness with bitter mocha and crackling spiciness is dark and delicious. The full flavor of apricots is followed by the sour orange peel. Water or ice brings cinnamon, coffee, nuts, raisins and malted grain out.

Finish: A minty fresh as a spring breeze with some lime.
