40% 0.70 ltr
Made in the same traditional way as 100 years ago. Aged in American and Spanish oak casks. This makes it a typical Speyside Malt.
Color: Gold with amber highlights
Smell: Fresh with rich aromas of flowers, lime and citrus.
Taste: Delicate with a fruity character, an "easy to drink" whiskey.
Finish: Smooth finish
Not that bad. Maybe a bit youngish, a bit weak on the plate, but for this price is a correct every day malt with an age statement.
Nose: Clean with aromas. Sweet fruits and mint.
Taste: Not the lightest of fruity whiskies, medium body I think. Lemonly, a bit dry with very soft hints of smoke.
Finish: Fruits fade away too quickly with the bitterness taking over.
A cheap Single Malt (you'd think it's a cheap blended) that I tell people to stay away from.
