This gold tinted whiskey has matured for 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Each barrel of whiskey is matured at the distillery in the Hunan region of south central China. Due to the enormous variation in temperature in this part of China, the interaction between the whiskey and the wood of the barrels is great. Which in turn accelerates the aging and it brings complex notes from the beginning of the aging with complex notes.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Gold

Nose: Malty, sweet, soft creaminess, a hint of smoke and a hint of oak.

Taste: Round, nutty and oaky, with just the right amount of tannins.

Finish: Slightly smoky aroma.
