Grappa Reserve N1 Sibona was created to celebrate the ancient distillation license number 1, synonymous with a great past and prestige. Sibona is one of the historic distilleries of Piedmont, with artisanal production, and can boast the ancient distillation license no. 1 issued by the UT F (the current ADM, Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency).

The Grappa Sibona Riserva N.1 Cuvée Selezione and refined Grappa comes from a selected cuvée of Reserve Grappas, matured for different periods of time in barrels and casks of different contents and origins.

Color: amber

Nose: Very captivating, lively and elegant. Contains notes of red fruits, vanilla, honey and walnut.

Taste: Soft, elegant, refined and silky with aromatic sensations. Delicious with mature cheeses and the perfect companion for a cigar.

Tasting suggestion: Best around a temperature of about 18 degrees. Serve this grappa in a classic tulip glass, or balloon glass without stem (as you also find for cognac).
