The new The Hearach Oloroso expression is fully matured in First fill Oloroso sherry casks, delivering a bold and deeply aromatic flavour that builds on the complexity and drinkability fans have come to expect from The Hearach.

This rich dram features notes of orange peel, warming spices, fireside smoke and toasted hazelnuts reminiscent of a cosy winter evening – a perfect companion for the cooler evenings as they lengthen and the autumn chill sets in.

This non-chill filtered whisky is lightly peated at 12-15 ppm and matured in casks selected from the respected Bodega José y Miguel Martín (The Macallan, Kilchoman & The Lakes) in the beautiful Andalusia region of southern Spain.
