In honor of Raasay Distillery's success at last year's Scottish Whiskey Awards, when they were crowned Scottish Whiskey Distillery of the Year, we are delighted to bring you this limited edition, 'Distillery of the Year'.

Distilled in August 2018, bottled in August 2023, this whiskey is the oldest liquid Raasay has released to date.

Quercus Humbolth barrel matured whisky

This whiskey is an unpeated spirit, matured in ex-Four Roses bourbon casks before a second maturation in Quercus humboldtii oak. The whiskey offers delicious notes of vanilla and butterscotch with a long aftertaste of crème brûlée.
