Kujira Ryukyu Single Grain Whiskey is a beautiful Japanese whiskey with 43% alcohol content. It is made from the best quality Indica rice and unique Okinawa's black koji. The whiskey undergoes a unique distillation process, after which it is aged for 8 years in Spanish Sherry casks and selected American Kentucky bourbon casks.

Tasting Notes:
Kujira Ryukyu has a dominating aroma of oak accompanied by sweet notes of plum and vanilla. The taste is slightly sweet with hints of bourbon and sherry oak. The finish is dry, fruity with soft spicy undertones and hints of liquorice and vanilla.
