Nose: soft fruit with apricot jam, toffee and cinnamon and apple turnovers. Cream (butter) and custard turn into milk chocolate.
Taste: sweet and spicy at the same time with plums and red berries, dark toffee, cloves and cinnamon, followed by a pleasant smoky note. Very soft and wonderfully supple.
Finish: medium to long with that mix of spices, honey and caramel
