Ex Islay Barrels and Peated Quarter Casks

Nose: stewed fruit with pear tart, Chanel No. 5, inlaid grass and freshly sawn oak. Light peat smoke on top for heating.
Taste: old-fashioned fruit drops with apple pie and roasted nuts. There are also light peat influences in every nook and cranny on the tongue.
Finish: wonderfully fruity, nutty and warming, with a veil of Islay peat.
