Lutra is the newest member of the Quinta da Alorna family. Lutra is the Portuguese name for the European Otter. This protected species lives in and is a symbol of the Tagus River (Tejo in Portuguese). The grapes for the wine also come from vineyards on the banks of the Tagus. The Lutra wines are uncomplicated and pleasant, easy to drink and widely applicable.

Tinto

Ruby red in color. Aroma of ripe red fruit such as plums and has the floral character of a Touriga Nacional. Has a good structure, but is also supple and round. The finish is long and pleasant.
