Description: The Montico region of Rueda (vineyards over forty years old) is a typically poor, stony, gravel-filled area ideal for producing Verdejo wines of the highest quality. The wine has a greenish yellow color. The nose has a pronounced verdejo aroma of medium intensity and hints of fennel, herbs, white blossom, pear and peach. The mouthfeel is fresh, delicious and very round with a long, round aftertaste. Its good acidity and the period of maturation on the finest yeast help to retain the fresh taste and complexity for longer. On the nose this wine is shy, but also shows an elegant scent. This wine can be enjoyed even 24-30 months after harvest.

Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand. The fermentation is done only with the natural yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on its yeast for four months, 20% of which is in French oak barrels and 80% in stainless steel tanks.
