Our signature blended Irish Whiskey is aged for 5 long years in handpicked, 1st fill, ex-bourbon barrels which add a delicate, subtle sweetness to the whiskey and also provide a deep oak woodiness and light char to the finish.

Nose:
Light citrus notes, peppered spice and vanilla undertones.

Taste:
Earthy fruits, butterscotch and vanilla sweetness from bourbon barrels, white pepper followed by an oak woodiness.

Finish:
Sweet, spice, oak, with lingering ripe fruits.
