This unique single malt whiskey was distilled from excellent peated barley and fully matured in port-style Israeli red wine casks, hand-selected from the cellars of some of our favorite local artisan wineries.

Nose: Firm and aromatic with potpourri and cigar box, with notes of caramelized sugar and wine cellar

Taste: Juicy red fruit with hints of raw cocoa beans, earthy smoke and a hint of star anise

Finish: Bold with cloves and fresh oak, followed by chocolate covered orange peel
