This single malt whiskey was aged under the Mediterranean sun in selected PX and Oloroso ex-sherry casks. Full of flavor with an abundance of sweetness and tangy spice, it offers a wide range of complex aromas and intriguing flavours.

Nose: Toasted oak followed by dark chocolate studded with dried red fruits, hints of fragrant bergamot.

Palate: Shortbread and dried fruit, ground black peppercorns and freshly grated lemon.

Finish: Long, dry and fleshy with notes of caramelized sugar, black licorice and allspice.
