The M&H Art & Craft series offers a rare opportunity to discover some of the distillery's most intriguing, cherished casks. Each year a collection of unique casks of exceptional quality are hand selected by the head distiller, Tomer Goren, to be bottled as a limited edition for the M&H Art & Craft series. Each bottle has a special label designed to capture the essence of the Israeli art scene. And that looks good.

Small Batch

This single malt whiskey is fully matured in 3 former beer barrels of the Jems Brewery. These casks, originally ex-bourbon casks awarded to Jems by M&H, were in turn used to mature Jems 8.8 – a strong Belgian ale style beer – characterized by fruity aromas, notes of caramel and pleasant bitterness. After 4-6 months the beer was extracted and the barrels returned to M&H, refilled and aged to perfection for 3 years.

Tasting note Milk & Honey Art & Craft Belgian Ale

Fragrance – Sharp nutmeg. Warmth of cinnamon and cloves, topped with citrus bitters and white raisins.

Taste – Full – Generously sugared apple pie. Soft white pepper, warm spices and licorice.

Finish – Medium to short – Fresh peppermint, liquorice, coriander seed and smooth milk chocolate.
