THE PROCESS

A whiskey made from 100% organic Scottish grain and through a long fermentation, the aim is to produce a lot of fruit, with unusually high-fruited compounds ending up in the spirit. This whiksy is so fruity that the whiskey is named after one of the team's favorite desserts.

TASTE PROFILE

This whiskey has fantastic flavors on the palette with notes of vanilla, apricots with a hint of peppermint (tea).

HOW TO DRINK:

Pure with or without ice.
