Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt Quiet Rebels Gordon 0.70 ltr 48.5%

The third limited edition from the Nc'nean Quiet Rebels series, a very charming series that gives a nice compliment to the team behind the Scottish distillery. For this edition, Nc'nean honors Gordon Wood, the distillery manager and something of a legend in the industry with more than 20 years of experience. This bottling is made from a combination of a whiskey matured in shaven, toasted and recharred red wine casks (74%), sherry casks (19%) and Rivesaltes casks (7%).

About Gordon

This year the limited release whiskey was chosen by our distillery manager Gordon. Gordon parted ways with one of Scotland's whiskey giants in 2017 and moved further up the west coast to Morvern to lead our whiskey production. Since then, Gordon has passed on his years of experience to our growing team of distillers, helping to shape our team and our spirit as we know it today. He feels so at home on the West Coast that you rarely see him wearing more than a T-shirt, even in the winter!

Gordon believes that a great whiskey should leave your mouth wanting more, and this delicious combination of STR red wine, ex-sherry and ex-Rivesaltes casks certainly does that. It is velvety soft, rich and creamy.
