OLD VIRGINIA is a straight Bourbon Whiskey

produced in Kentucky, in the United States, from a minimum of 51% corn. The selected grains are crushed and mashed to release sugars that are converted to alcohol during the fermentation phase by adding yeast. The resulting liquid is then heated and distilled several times to produce new alcohol. This is then decanted into charred new oak barrels and aged for 6 years.
