Primitivo with light wood layer. This has made this a very pleasant, beautiful wine with a nice, tasty aftertaste, zinfandel style. Red wine with notes of cherries, blackberries and raspberries. Light notes of cloves and cinnamon.

Primitivo: Ripens early and develops its fruity aromas early on. Origin is in Croatia. The Americans long thought they had a unique grape variety with their Zinfandel, but it turned out to be genetically identical to the Primitivo.
