The soft and honeyed style of Aberfeldy has gained much more character and flavour through the finish. Stewed apple, with balsamic and “funky” apple cider, with brown sugar and brown spices make this a complex and very flavourful whisky. We have never had such a flavourful and complex Aberfeldy before.
