Nose : Soft and rich opening of pear, quince jelly, gooseberry with hints of smoky molasses

Taste : Rich and delicate with clover honey, licorice, beeswax, vanilla fudge and plums

General : Long and persistent on cooked apple, tonka bean and dried banana
